Standard Terms & Conditions

1. The prize is a one-day colour grading session for a short film at OnSight Ltd ("OnSight") as specified in the competition.

2. Films may be a maximum of 20 minutes in length. OnSight may, at their discretion, offer a complimentary one-day colour grade on a film of greater length, subject to additional days being charged at cost.

3. The winner will be announced on April 12th during the drinks reception and notified in writing via email within one week. 

4. The prize can be gifted to someone else, but the winner must notify the post-production house of the change in ownership before redeeming the prize.

5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

6. The prize is subject to availability and the post-production house reserves the right to substitute it with a similar prize of equal or greater value.

7. The winner must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the prize, including but not limited to ensuring that the footage supplied to OnSight for the colour grading session was not obtained unlawfully and that the winner has secured all relevant rights, permissions, and licenses for any and all music, archive, logos, graphics, or any other materials that may be used in the film. OnSight reserves the right to refuse to work on any film containing obscene, racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, or otherwise offensive content.

8. By participating in the competition, the winner agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and OnSight's privacy policy.

9. The winner will be responsible for any additional costs or expenses associated with the prize, including but not limited to travel and accommodation.

10. OnSight reserves the right to refuse to provide the prize to any winner who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any inappropriate or unlawful conduct in connection with the competition or the prize.

11. The prize does not include any other services or products, and the winner will be solely responsible for any costs or fees associated with such services or products.
